Guess The Car - May 30, 2020

Posted @withregram • @electriccarnews Karma Automotive has now started final testing of the Revero GTE. Effectively the all-electric version of the only vehicle Karma sells at the moment, the Revero GT, the GTE will be offered with three battery options: Standard (75kWh) with a 200 mile range, Extended-Range (100kWh) with a 300 mile range and finally Hyper-Range (120kWh) with a 400 mile range and 3.9 second 0-60 mph time. The 120kWh GTE will also have AWD and produce around 1,100bhp (which is more than a McLaren P1). The GTE uses the new E-Flex platform as a base, which is envisioned to be used as a chassis for many of Karma’s future all-electric supercars, which may include a production version of the stunning SC2 concept. As for the GTE, it’s expected to go on sale in North America in a few months time with Europe and China following in late 2021. Pricing is unknown, but given that the hybrid Revero GT starts at $135k, we anticipate the GTE will likely start at around $150,000 and range to upwards of $200k for the Hyper-Range variant. Thoughts? @electriccarnews ️ ——————————————————————————— Photos from 📸 @electriccarnews (edits) @karmaautomotive (originals) ——————————————————————————— Our opinion: For that money we’d probably just get a Porsche Taycan or Model S instead, although a 400 mile range would be seriously impressive. ——————————————————————————— #tesla #teslamotors #karmaautomotive #teslamodels #teslamodelx #teslaroadster #teslamodely #teslas #teslasupercharger #fiskerkarma #teslay #electric #electriccars #ev #evs #electricvehicles #luxurycars #teslacars #teslaowner #cybertruck #elonmusk #teslalife #ev #teslax #teslamotorsclub #electric #electricity #carswithoutlimits #cars #carsofinstagram
